- Yes. Your prompts live in a local SQLite database on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly turn on cloud sync, and you can export everything at any time.
- It is built for AI coding: Cursor Rules, Claude Code instructions, Codex and ChatGPT prompts, plus .md, .txt, .yaml and .json files. It also reads CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, README.md and .cursor/rules.
- No. Scanning, classification and secret detection run as local rules first. A local small model (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp) is optional for summaries and tags. Cloud AI is an optional Pro add-on you can keep fully switched off.
